What we do

A young person walks in unsure. They leave with skills, a network, and a paid opportunity. Everything we run feeds that journey.

Programmes for young people

Hands-on cohorts in coding, design and digital skills - built for 16–24 year-olds, including those not in education or employment.

Employer pathways

Work placements, mentoring and direct hire pipelines with employers who want to invest in early-career tech talent.

Funders & grants

Transparent reporting, measurable outcomes and a clear theory of change to back every pound put into the programme.

Community partnerships

Working with schools, councils and grassroots groups to reach young people where they already are.

Support our work

Monthly giving lets us plan, hire mentors, and keep places open for young people who need us most. Pick a tier that works for you - cancel any time.

Refer a young person

If you work with or support a young person who'd thrive in tech, tell us about them. Teachers, parents, support workers and youth workers are often the first to spot potential.

  • No experience needed - we meet young people where they are.
  • We'll email you within two working days to arrange a chat.
  • Calls are informal and focused on what the young person wants.
  • You can stay involved as much or as little as they prefer.
